Admins see SOS alerts in real-time on a dedicated emergency dashboard and can take immediate action: contact the user, alert nearby authorities, or dispatch assistance.
Every SOS event is logged with a complete timeline — when it was triggered, acknowledged, and resolved. The resolution flow requires the admin to document what happened and what action was taken, creating an audit trail for regulatory compliance. Driver Performance Badges create a transparent quality system that benefits everyone. The system automatically tracks four key metrics for every driver: acceptance rate (what percentage of ride requests they accept), completion rate (how many accepted rides they actually complete), average customer rating, and total rides completed. Based on these metrics, drivers earn badges — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum — that are visible to customers when they see driver details.
