REFUND POLICY

CabScript ("we", "us", "our"), a product of Laabam One Business Solutions (OPC) Private Limited, appreciates your purchase.

Because CabScript is a digital software product— delivered electronically as source code — our refund policy reflects the nature of digital goods that cannot be "returned" once delivered. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1General Policy

Due to the nature of digital software, all sales are final once the product source code has been delivered. We do not offer refunds after delivery. We strongly recommend testing our Live Demo thoroughly before purchasing to ensure the product meets your requirements.

2When You May Qualify for a Refund

A refund may be considered only under the following limited circumstances:

Product not yet delivered

If you paid but the source code has not been delivered to you yet, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

Duplicate payment

If you were charged more than once for the same order due to a payment gateway error, the duplicate amount will be refunded.

Wrong product delivered

If the delivered product is materially different from what was described on the product page and we cannot resolve it, a refund may be issued.

3When Refunds Are NOT Applicable

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

You decided you no longer want the product after purchase.

Product doesn't match your idea

The software doesn't fit a specific use case you had in mind but wasn't advertised.

You modified the core code

You altered the source code and it stopped working as expected.

Bug or issue found

We fix bugs under our support policy — this is not grounds for a refund.

Business closure or failure

Your business plans changed after purchasing the software.

Missing specific features

The product lacks a feature that was never listed in the product description or demo.

Already installed or deployed

The software has been installed on a server, customized, or partially deployed.

Incompatible third-party services

Third-party APIs, hosting, or payment gateways you chose are not compatible.

Before purchasing, we strongly recommend:

  • •Review the feature list — check the product page and pricing tiers carefully to ensure the package meets your needs.
  • •Contact us with questions — reach out via WhatsApp or live chat before buying if you have any doubts.
  • •Understand the tech stack — ensure you or your developer can work with React Native, Next.js, Node.js, and the required infrastructure.

We guarantee that the delivered product will match the quality and features shown in the demo.

5Support Instead of Refund

If you encounter issues after purchase, our support team is here to help:

  • •Bug fixes: We will investigate and fix verified bugs in the delivered software at no extra charge.
  • •Installation assistance: We provide deployment guidance and help resolve setup issues.
  • •Technical queries: Our team will answer questions about the codebase, configuration, and integrations.

Please give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve any issue before considering a dispute.

6Payment & Refund Processing

  • •Payments are processed securely through Razorpay and Stripe.
  • •Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
  • •Refund processing takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • •Any payment gateway or banking fees incurred during the original transaction may be deducted from the refund amount.

7Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer.

Important: Filing a fraudulent chargeback after receiving and using the software constitutes a breach of our Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to revoke your license, suspend support, and pursue recovery of losses including legal costs.

8How to Request a Refund
